Post Star Chat With Lim Jeong-hee!!!

Like always, here's the lowdown on how my latest Star Chat interview went. *cue evil laughter: muahahaha...*

So for those of you who missed it, I got a chance to interview Lim Jeong-hee for last week's KPI on KBS World Radio. If you missed it, never fear, you can just watch it again HERE.

When it comes to celebrities or ANYONE for that matter, you can tell a lot about them by their punctuality. So props to Lim Jeong-hee who came right on time with not one, but TWO managers. I have to say, her managers work really hard for her. They were very cordial with me and the staff. Brought me THREE copies of her latest mini-album and were carrying around a whole stack. I ran into them later after the interview and I realized they were circling the floor, giving out CDs to some of the producers they were running into. If you noticed during the interview, she kept mentioning how important it was to find a GOOD management team. I don't think that was just something for her to say. I think she really does appreciate her management, which is good because they do seem to work hard for her.

The first thing I really thought when I saw Lim for the first time was, "Wow, she's not photogenic." She looks so much prettier in person. Even the picture that she and I took together isn't very flattering of her. Don't be fooled all~ she's beautiful! I think the video clip is a little better though.

Okay so with the first impression stuff out of the way, personality-wise, Lim was very quiet and reserved. I could see why she's not exactly a singer known for her "variety show" talents. She's not cold or anything...not at all. She's very warm and sincere. She just seemed...REAL. She didn't care about the extra fluff, or about putting up an image, or about saying the "right" thing for the media to approve of. She thought about her answers and said it. That's all there was to it. Some of the younger stars or group stars think more along the lines of "how can I make this answer interesting or funny?". She didn't think like that. She just answered whether it was funny or not. It was pretty refreshing actually.

We talked a little about dieting and her weight-loss. She lost like 6-7 kilos! She said she hiked a lot up the mountain near her house. So ladies, that might be the way to shed those pounds if you're looking for Lim Jeong-hee's secret. Haha

We had to wrap things up quick because she had another schedule to get to RIGHT after the interview. She left asking if she could contact me when she needed help with her English. Haha

So that's it. Nothing all that juicy, but I really REALLY wanna emphasize that as just because some singers aren't right in the enter of the spotlight (in variety shows and lots of interviews) doesn't mean they should be overlooked. Lim is so sweet and RAW in a very genuine and souful way...whether it be in her music or in real life!

STAR CHAT: Im Jeong-hee!!!

Hey all,
quick update:

We FINALLY have a new STAR CHAT on this week's KPI! YAY!!!! It's been a tough streak because stars are starting to jam pack their schedules so much that it's hard to grab them even for a quick interview =(

Also, as you all know, these days, the BEST way to promote yourself as a star is VARIETY PROGRAMS...
this makes radio interviews almost...obsolete. I mean it DOES happen, but it's not as appealing to entertainment agencies anymore. Who knows, the stars themselves may enjoy radio interviews more because they're a lot more raw, free-flowing, and less burdensome. However, the moneymakers backing these stars up (aka their agencies) are all about the coverage/exposure/promotional effectiveness.

Alright, with that ranting aside, we have IM JEONG-HEE coming into the studio!!! For those of you who aren't as familiar with her, she's the singer that 2AM's Jokwon recently did a collaboration with. Refer to the blog entry before this one for the song and the words behind the lyrics. =)

Hope you guys tune in! I know it's been awhile since we had a Star Chat so I wanna thank you guys for being so patient with us! Chuseok and summer trips/vacations/etc. didn't make the past couple months the most ideal time for scheduling interviews...hehe

Always trying to improve our programs for our LOYAL listeners,
Angie

Next Star Chat!!! CANCELED!!! ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

*********UPDATES: THIS WEEK'S STAR CHAT WAS CANCELED DUE TO SOME SCHEDULING CONFLICTS WITH OUR GUEST****************
SORRY EVERYONE ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
WE'RE TRY OUR BEST TO GET ONE ASAP!!

Hi all of my beloved kpoppers!
It's almost SUNDAY which means KPI which means ...
STAR CHAT!!!!

We've had a lot of newbie groups come in lately, which is all fine and dandy, but we want some veteran artists to come in too right?! Well, don't worry because we got a very experienced singer coming in this week. Most of you already guessed it through my twitter hints, but I'll post up an official blog entry with THREE hints like always:

1. It's been OVER TEN years since he first debuted.
2. He used to be "married" to a talented female singer whose name starts with the letter "H". (He even created a not so pretty nickname for her: "Dog Poo")
3. We'll dub our time with him as the "H-Hour"! ^^

Not only do I want you to guess (it's really not that difficult...), but I need ideas for what kind of questions you all want me to ask him! Please leave your question, name, and where you're from so I can give you a shoutout. I DON'T guarantee I'll use the question, but it'll help to have some ideas to choose from! ^^ You can leave them as comments on the blog OR tweet them to me! (www.twitter.com/itsangiepark)

Thanks!!!

Pics From Star Chat With Miss A!!!

Did you guys enjoy DJ Young's Star Chat with Miss A?!?!
They're so cute! Definitely another step for globalized idol groups considering between the four of them they can speak Korean, Chinese, and English! Min's English was a lot better than I expected...

Who was your favorite member? If you guys missed it, rewatch the interview here!

P.S. Courtney from Hawaii, please email me your full name and address so I can email you your 2wins' CD from our last 2wins Star Chat. If you missed this past KPI, I announced that I drew a name from the SIX commenters on my two blog entries related to the talented hip hop duo 2wins. COURTNEY was the winner and so you get your FREE SIGNED copy of the guys' new mini-album. After a week, I'm going to have to pick a new winner though so PLEASE email me your information before then! Thanks ^^ angela@kbs.co.kr

Next Star Chat!!! Miss A!!!

Hey all!

Don't forget that we have a Star Chat in store for this week's KPI. It's with a group that is RISING (although they can't really rise any higher because they already hit number ONE! ^^), and rising FAST. MISS A~~~

They're babies of the mastermind JYP himself and he's proven that he still has "it" when it comes to producing hit groups. This girl group is made up of four girls, two Chinese and two Korean.

I wasn't able to match my schedule with the busy ladies so DJ Young will be the one conducting the interview. I'm sure he's not complaining... Haha! ;)

Well, enjoy the chat guys and tune into KPI!!!

Post-Star Chat With 2WINS!!!!

So we had another Star Chat for this past KPI as you all know...
And just like always, here's my post-interview "scoops" on them!

I have to say, that doing these Star Chats really allow you to see the "human" side to these "celebrities". I've said this in previous entries, but there are some really NICE and GENUINE stars out there. It's just the few jerks in the industry that give the rest of them a bad name I think. Granted, to be fair, I'm probably not getting an objective look at them because they're not going to be jerks to the interviewer who can "control" the coverage these stars will get! Hehe...makes me feel...sort of powerful. Muahaha...Okay enough of the corny evil laughter and onto the nitty gritty!

As you all know, 2wins are new. They're only JUST starting to get noticed so they are still in their "humble" stage. Believe it or not, this was their first radio interview/coverage since they debuted. TopBob has done interviews before but with his previous group TBNY, not 2wins. But he was still kind of nervous because it was going to be conducted in English. He kept asking, "Do I have to talk? Am I allowed to speak Korean?" LOL Bumkey was super nervous because this was his first radio experience. Haha it was kind of cute actually.

They were RIGHT on time! (I LOVE it when stars are punctual...I've had to wait over an hour for some of the previous Star Chats...cough *SECRET* cough!) They did the 90 degree bow and everything. I gave them a translated list of the questions I was going to ask and there was a Korean spelling error that TopBob pointed out. I laughed because it was my mistake because Korean isn't my most comfortable language. He pointed it out not in a teasing way, but kind of "aww that's cute" kind of way so it was all good! We got set up in the studio and TopBob asked me how old I was. I asked him, "How old do you think I am?" He answered, "You look young." LOL So I told him, and he looked surprised and said..."Wow. We're the same age" as a joke because clearly he wasn't the same age as me. I'm guessing early to mid 30's. He refused to tell me til the end. Haha Bumkey said he was born 1984 so you do the math! During the interview, I think you'll notice Bumkey didn't talk much. I think it stemmed from his nervousness and so he couldn't think of his answers right off the bat. But overall, I thought they both did well considering it was their first experience! You could tell TopBob was much more comfortable at the mic.

When the interview ended, we're talking the second our mics were turned off, TopBob turned to me and said, "You're a great host. You conducted that very well. In all honesty, because you're so young, I didn't think you would be that good, but you're very good. You're definitely going to make it big in this industry." I was blown away by his compliment and really appreciated his honesty. And on our way out of the studio, just as formalities, I said that I hoped that they would visit us again in the future. TobBob looked at me with a very serious expression and stuck out his pinky. He promised, "The next time you invite us, we PROMISE to come again." So we pinky swore on it! In just a week's time, their song "Star" jumped over 100 spots to number 70 on the Gaon music chart! So they're on their way up. I'm going to wait until they really make a name for themselves and then invite them again! Haha

They both tweeted me a nice little message after the interview. TopBob included a really funny video of his impersonation of a lizard that you guys should check out. Hilarious.

Anyways, bottom line, I had a great time. Show 2wins lots of love you guys. They're really passionate about their music without the "fluff". They're just real. Very different from the idols out there which are more about the "packaging" and marketing, but still worth checking out!

NEXT STAR CHAT!!! 2WINS!

Hey guys!
I know it's been awhile since our last Star Chat with the lovely ladies of Davichi, so thanks for being patient with us. ^^

Usually, I like to have YOU ALL guess about who the next guests are, but this group is fairly new and me and DJ Young have never talked about them yet on the show. So rather than confusing you all, I'll just give you some info on them.
2WINS!!!!!!!!

First off, let me let you guys know how I first heard about them. It was through the guys of One Way. They had posted up some pics of 2wins through their Twitters and had mentioned them in passing a few times. Then for this past week's updates on our KBS World Artist Profile page, I got assigned to write a profile for them. So I did some digging and realized that I not only liked their sound, but also love their catchy style and take on music. It's hip hop with some FUNk (emphasis on the "FUN"!). Sometimes hip hop can be kind of down or dark, but their take on it is fresh! Or it is for their title song anyway. Check out their intro video below! Be sure to watch their "performance" of their title song "Star Guy" about a minute in.

So I sought them out, got their manager's phone number, and got Sophia to call him up! Long story made short, we have a Star Chat scheduled for this week! Yipee! If you want to know more about them, check out their KBS World profile.

I THINK one of them, Bumkey, speaks English. Or a little anyway. I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed because that would make my job SO MUCH easier! Haha. Be sure to tune in to KPop Interactive on KBS World Radio this week with the first airing on Sunday. It's replayed throughout the week so check out our website for the schedule! world.kbs.co.kr (click on "Entertainment").

Post-Star Chat With DAVICHI!!!

Take 1

Take 2

As you all know, this past airing of KPI on KBS World Radio had a Star Chat session with the ever so talented ladies of Davichi! I hope you guys caught it, but if you didn't...no worries! You can always rewatch it on our KBS World website!

Anyways, like always, here's a post-interview review on the stars. ^^

I'll be straight up honest (when am I not?!), I wasn't particularly looking forward to this interview. I mean, I was in the sense that I love their music and think they are very talented! HOWEVER, I try to do my homework and watch old interviews with whatever star I'm going to be interviewing beforehand. Re-watching Davichi's older interviews, they seemed a bit...stand-offish. Also, being that they're a bit older (not idol-star age) and with a few years of experience under their belts, I thought they might not be as "eager to please" as some of the newbies in the industry.

I WAS WRONG.

The girls came into the studio right on time with their manager and stylists. They were initially kind of quiet and stand-offish again. HOWEVER, looking back on it, I think that was more because they're on the quieter side AND they weren't sure how much Korean I could speak. So they didn't want to start talking to me in Korean in case I didn't understand it too well, and they obviously couldn't speak English. I will say this though: my first impression when they walked in was...
"OMG...they're SOOOOOO skinny!!!!!" They were both pretty tall, but SOOOOO thin. It made me feel like a cow! Haha

Anyways, once we got settled into the studio about to start, I tried to break the ice with a few basic questions. They were both surprised and said to me, "You speak Korean very well. The last English interview we had, the host wasn't as comfortable with Korean so it was a bit awkward. But you seem to speak it pretty well." We then started chatting about random things, trivial things (i.e. what they ate for lunch, what time they needed to get to the Music Bank shooting, etc.) until we started the interview.

At the end of the show, they were seriously so sweet! They both were so generous with their compliments. They said such nice things about me as the host (which of course I reciprocated because the host is only as good as their guests!). They said that they enjoyed the interview so much and to invite them in again whenever! ^^

I also told them I had found them on twitter and was now following them. Min-kyeong is not too bad at tweeting, but Haeri's still a newbie. So we were laughing about how Haeri said she had no idea what she was really doing. Before we knew it, they had to go and that was that!

After finishing my other duties at KBS, I was on my way out to my car when I noticed I had a few new tweets flashing on my cell phone. Both Min-kyeong AND Haeri and found me on twitter and tweeted very sweet messages. Just your basic stuff: thank you, hope to see you again soon, etc.

I re-learned the very important lesson: DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER! Just because someone's not super friendly, and in your face, all smiley the very first second you meet them, doesn't mean they're not genuine, nice, and generous people!

Overall, I had a GREAT time meeting the gals and chatting with them! Hope you enjoyed the interview as much as I did!

Next Star Chat!!!

We haven't had a Star Chat on KPI in awhile...but no worries! We have one THIS WEEK (June 13, 2010)!!

Like always, here's a few hints on who our guests are:

1. Females
2. Their name sounds a lot like a famous artist.
3. Could their favorite number POSSIBLY be 82??

If you do know the answer, help me out!
What kind of questions do you want me to ask them??

I can't guarantee I'll use them, BUT I will take them into consideration! ^^

Star Chat With Seo In-gook! Post-Interview Comments...

Take 1

Take 2

Hope you all enjoyed our latest Star Chat on KBS World Radio's KPI show! It was with the winner of the 2009 Super Star K Contest, Seo In-gook!

He was an absolute pleasure to interview. He was there on time (I must point out that though this may seem like a given thing, it's very rare in Korea...and more importantly in Korean stars!) with his manager. He was very polite and very humble. Gave the 90 degree bow and everything (If you're wondering what a 90 degree bow is, refer to my BEAST post-interview entry!). He shared that he was very nervous because the interview was in English, but he was very friendly and just had that positive, youthful aura about him. Haha...if that even makes any sense.

Before we started, we had about five minutes of time while my producer and the sound/visual engineer was prepping the studio. I asked Seo In-gook what his schedule has been like lately. He said because he's actively promoting his new song ("사랑해U" or "I Love U"), he's very busy. He had a radio interview before ours and he had to go immediately to prep for another live performance that evening. I asked him if he had time to eat dinner and he said that he'd probably have like a gimbap or something while waiting in between performances. Gimbap is like a Korean version of Sushi. It's considered fast food for Koreans. I asked him if he could see his friends often, and he said no which was what he missed most about his pre-celebrity days. He was very mature...very TALL! Very bright and just well-mannered. Overall, I was very impressed by him. He really couldn't speak a lick of English, but the interview was still interesting (or I felt!). We were a bit short on time (not so much because he was busy, but because we didn't have much time left on the show!), so I didn't get to ask him everything I wanted to ask him...but such is life. ^^

He took pictures and signed an autograph for my mother who's currently visiting Korea and tagged along with me for the interview. Then him and his manager, left...and that was that!

For those of you who missed the interview, check out world.kbs.co.kr. Click on "Entertainment" and then you'll see "Star Chat" along the left. That has all our old Star Chats. Just to do a recap on the interviews that I'VE done: BEAST, Secret, One Way, and now Seo In-gook. There were plenty of other interviews done by previous hosts (i.e. 2PM, 2AM, Super Junior, Girls Generation, Davichi, etc.). Also, DJ Young did one for the trot singer Park Hyun-bin as well. So definitely peruse through them to learn more about some of your favorite kpop stars!

Guess what kpoppers?!
We have another STAR CHAT session lined up for this week's K-Pop Interactive (KPI) show on KBS World Radio! So that would be this Sunday May 16th KST.

Like always, I'm going to try to keep the suspense on who it is, BUT I will give you guys THREE hints.

1. NOT an idol group (sorry ladies! haha)
2. Debuted through a hit reality show in Korea.
3. HIS first single really called out to his listeners.

Guess away!!!! And don't forget to tune in for KPI this week.

ONE WAY and April's CD Drawing Winners!!!

So as you all know, this past Sunday had a GREAT edition of Korean Pop Interactive (KPI)! Mainly for TWO reasons:
1. We had another Star Chat with the guys of ONEWAY!!!
2. I announced the winners of our CD Drawing for the month of April!

Let me first start with the CD Drawing Winners! Drumroll please.....*dumdumdumdum* (how do you imitate a drumroll through words?!?! haha)

Name: Ida Zawani Bt Zainal Abidin
CD: Super Junior "supershow 2"
Address: Perak,Malaysia.

Name: James Philip Torrato
Cd: Girls Generation "Oh"
Address: Cavite City, Philippines

Name: Rehab Elkhayat
CD: TVXQ's "Mirotic" CD
OR
"2pm 1:59"
OR
"Rain's Back to the basics"
Address: Tanta , Egypt

Name: Nikka
Cd: DBSK "Mirotic"
Address: Nevada, USA

Congratulations you guys!!! And like I ALWAYS say...even if you DID or DID NOT win this month, TRY AGAIN! Luck of the draw will only tell who wins NEXT month! ^^

If you're new to the KPI family, let me quickly explain:
1. We have a CD drawing every month where we pick FOUR winners to ship off a KPOP CD of their choice to where ever they are in the world!
2. To enter, all you have to do is email me angela@kbs.co.kr with your name, mailing address, and which kpop CD you want!
3. Please limit entries to only ONE a week, because any additional entries will NOT increase your chances!
4. Good luck and try month after month!!

Now with all that business aside, let's talk about the guys of Oneway!

To be honest, it was really more for me to get the guys of Oneway in for an interview. I was totally on Sophia's case about it until we finally scheduled it for the most recent KPI airing! Haha This was the case for two reasons. One, I think they're incredibly talented with a fresh (not your "typical" kpop) sound, but kind of still under the radar. Two, they speak English! Which makes MY job much easier! ^^;;

They were ON TIME! In fact, WE (KBS) were the ones that were slightly late with another recording that kind of went overtime. -.-;; They were incredibly polite (Sophia LOVED them!) despite the fact that Peter was feeling slightly under the weather, and they were ALL EXHAUSTED from a couple all-nighters (they're trying to meet a recording deadline for tomorrow!) at the studio. They were incredibly down to Earth and a total pleasure to interview. They put all of their physical tiredness aside and did their best to deliver an entertaining interview for their international fans! They even brought me an autographed copy of their CD (which is GREAT might I add! Favorite track USED to be "Magic", but now I like "One Way"). Just incredibly talented yet HUMBLE guys. Show 'em lots of love you guys! They also have twitter accounts, and I know for a fact that they try super hard to get on it often and interact/respond to as many of their fans as possible! So "follow" them!

www.twitter.com/onewaychance
www.twitter.com/onewaypeter
www.twitter.com/onewayyoungsky

NOT TO MENTION DJ Young and my own twitter accounts that I would HOPE you all are ALREADY following!! ;)

www.twitter.com/goDJYoung
www.twitter.com/itsangiepark

(please indulge in my self promoting that I'm doing here... ^^;; )

ANYWAYS...we had a TOTAL blast and I was just disappointed we couldn't make the interview longer. =( Because the show is fairly short, I was very limited and only got to ask them like half of the questions I had prepared. Who knows though? Sophia loved them so much, we may see more of them in the future! ;)

Well, hope you guys enjoyed the interview and if you missed it, no problem! You can check out the video clip at world.kbs.co.kr (click on "Entertainment" up on top, and then "Star Chat" on the left).

Next Star Chat!!!

Wow... This has got to be some kind of record! We have Star Chats on two BACK TO BACK KPI's!!! Not even a week has passed since our last Star Chat with SECRET, but we already have another Star Chat for this upcoming KPI.

For some of our AVID listeners (by the way, let me take the time to send plenty of <3<3<3 your way...LOVE YOU GUYS!), if you've been keeping up with my twitter or DJ Young's twitter, you may already have a clue on who our next guest(s) will be. BUT, like always, I do have hints for you all...

1. They've got more testosterone than estrogen.
2. They sing about the same thing as our LAST Star Chat guests.
3. They can speak ENGLISH!!!! (Finally!!! I can put my horrendous interpreting skills aside for this one!)

I think I already gave it away, but GUESS AWAY regardless!

If you have any ideas for questions, post those up as well! I will take them into consideration for the interview. ^^

1. THEY'RE the opposite sex of our LAST star chat guests!
2. One of the members used to be in a group with other k-pop singers named "Yubin" and "UEE".

Photos from Our Star Chat with BEAST!

Take 1

Take 2...although they look pretty much the same! Haha

Initially, the boys all were just posing on their own, but I made what we call in Hawaii as the "shaka" sign and told them that this was what people from Hawaii do, they all got excited and joined in with the "shakas". They were all asking "what does this mean?" and so I answered that it's carries a number of different meanings depending on when you use it. It could be a greeting, an apology (for example, when you cut in front of another driver on the road, you would flash the "shaka" sign), a thank you, etc.

ANYWAYS...so as some of you have correctly guessed (*cough* Michie, Kim, Hermin, Jacqueline, Paul *cough*), our last Star Chat guests were the ever so studly members of BEAST!

This was my first Star Chat with KBS World Radio and so I don't have much to compare this experience to...BUT I still have to say that they were a lot of fun! Conducting an interview is difficult when the people you're interviewing aren't talkative, witty, honest, interested, etc., but the guys were great! I was told to keep it down to like 5 to 10 minutes, but our interview went on for almost 20 minutes! So that should say something in and of itself!

For those of you who missed it, just click here for not only the interview but VIDEO FOOTAGE of the interview! If you're too quick for us slowpokes at KBS, it may not be up YET, but it will be uploaded within the next day or so... so keep checking! (Also, for future reference, just go to world.kbs.co.kr and click on "Entertainment" up on top, and then "Star Chat" on the left,)

I can honestly say that the guys were SO flattered and blown away by ALL OF YOU! I don't think they realized how many international fans they had! I was reading them some of the messages on my blog and on our message board. They kept saying "Really??", "Wow...", "No way!"! Haha...it was sweet.

And I remember when I would see interview clips of bands I was OBSESSED with~ Rather than the actual interview CONTENTS, I was interested in what the interviewer HONESTLY thought of the artist/band in terms of how polite they were, their little quirks, how they looked in person, etc. So I'll give you the low-down!

Honestly speaking, they were a bit late to the interview. BUT it was forgivable because they had JUST finished another gig and were trying to squeeze in a quick meal to refuel. Celebrities are always on the go so it's hard for them to eat regularly. When they got there, they gave deep bows to each person in the studio (me, our producer Sophia, our sound engineer, etc.). In Korea, the level of respect you show to someone can be measured by how far down you bow, They gave what we here call "the 90 degree bow" because that's when someone bows so deep that their backs are horizontal creating a 90 degree angle with their legs!

I could tell they were a little nervous because this was an interview in English and none of them spoke English fluently. We usually try to give the artists a few minutes to study a list of translated questions that will be asked. However, because they came so late, they only had a few seconds before we had to start.

If you watch the interview, Doo-joon was the more talkative one I think. And that's kind of how he was in person. He was the most at ease, joking around, etc. I would say Gi-gwang was next at east. The other three were a tad bit shyer. Yo-seob was the shortest of the bunch (as you can tell in the picture), but overall, I was surprised that they were a lot taller than I had expected them to be. They all had GREAT skin (all those celebrity skin treatments probably...) although some of that could have been attributed to make up being that they were wearing some eye make up, foundation, etc.

Hmm...what else can I dish out? I'm already kind of forgetting the little details! Haha...
They were busy (of course!), so as soon as we finished the interview, they signed autographs for Sophia's daughter, took a couple pics, and then their manager was already ushering them out.

Overall, they impressed me with their poise and respect despite the fact that they're IDOL stars and must've been so tired from their hectic lifestyle. And from the SHORT time I spent with them, they seemed to genuinely get along with each other.

Anyways, I hope you guys enjoyed it!

Hmm...who should our NEXT Star Chat guest be...

Your Two Cents: Best Breakup Song??

Here's the next "Your Two Cents" question!!!!

What is your favorite (kpop) "breakup" song??
Basically... what is the best song to listen to after a heartbreaking breakup where you just want to lock yourself in your room, close the curtains, eat chocolate and ice cream all day long, and cry...cry....and cry??

Haha...is this kind of depressing??

Here! Take a listen/look at this. Baek Ji-young's music video for "Like Taking a Bullet" "총 맞은 것처럼".

This isn't necessarily what I think is the best breakup song, but I'm sharing the music video because that one scene where she's eating ramyun (noodles) while crying is just...so sad!!! I think we've probably all done that at least once (maybe with different food though) because we know we have to eat, but we so don't want to!

*sigh*...

Don't be sad though! You know why right?! Only one more day til STAR CHAT tomorrow! Be sure to tune into KPI!!!

I look forward to seeing everyone's answers!

1. They (that should already be a HUGE hint!!!) will be performing at the Korean Music Festival (aka Hollywood Bowl) this year!
2. The FEMALE fans will probably enjoy this just a TAD bit more than the male fans!
3. None of THEM can speak English!

Good stuff guys so do tune in on Sunday!!! Keep in mind that if you miss Sunday's KPI broadcast, you can re-watch the interview clip online at world.kbs.co.kr (just click on "Entertainment" and then "Star Chat".
